Property Preservation
We are a regional Property Preservation servicing foreclosed homes in the northeastern part of the US. We are currently looking to add to our network St Lawrence county, NY and surrounding areas.
We are currently dealing with a high volume of work in the area and would like to delegate a percentage of it to a capable and trustworthy contractor
The job assignments would include but are not limited to:
Grass Cuts, Landscaping, Debris Removals, Winterizations, Lock Changes, Window/Door Board Ups, Window Reglazing, Roof Tarping, Flood Water Removal, Snow Removals, Mold Remediation, Inspections, Minor Plumbing. Minor Electric. Minor Carpentry.
Our two most important company policies are 1) That all work is completed correctly according to specified bank regulations with before, during and after photo documentation provided of all work performed 2) Completing all work order assignments within the 48-72 hour deadlines set by our office.
